I usually publish on Tuesdays and Thursday, and I have something special to share with you tomorrow. But today is Jerusalem Day, and I want to share this with you now. It is a modern remake of a classic Israeli song that tells of the Jerusalem I most love— the Jerusalem made of real stones and living souls that are yearning for her true wholeness. The name Jerusalem- in Hebrew Yerushalayim— means Ir Shalem- the whole city. It is the city, the place in this world, that holds the world’s wholeness, and it is the simplest of people living in her streets that keep this knowing alive.
